If you need to cancel your flight, please contact Travel Charges at +1 (209) 267-2069. Refunds are only available for refundable tickets. Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for a cash refund. Please note that bookings with Low-Cost Carriers may not include a refundable booking fee.
For non-refundable tickets, passengers may receive future travel credit from the airline. Additional airline penalties may apply, and terms and conditions vary depending on the airline.
An airline change fee, typically ranging from USD 100 to USD 300, may apply. Any difference in fare between the original and new flight will also be charged.
Refunds are not provided for unused credits on tickets affected by compliance issues. Please review our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy before booking. We reserve the right to cancel or disable any ticket if misuse is detected by our Compliance Team.
Requesting a chargeback will reverse the payment for your ticket and disable it. To resolve a chargeback and restore your ticket, please contact us and repurchase your order.
